The Marshall Plan

My Brother Otis Fritz, has a plan to have California succeed from the nation. It's called the Marshall plan. I think it's an idea thats time has come. We need to do this now! Otis thinks it will fly if we let Arnold "Gov of California" be president, for the first term as President of California. Could you imagine... what a statement to the world and the United States? I see even Jessie Jackson campaigning for Arnold's first term. We'd be the world's 7th largest economy and a country to set a new standard for elections and Government. One can dream!
